لا نقبل تعديل او تبديل او استرجاع منتج مستعمل او من دون فاتوره اصليه وباركود وخلال الفتره المسموح بها وهي كالآتي:

We do not accept modification, exchange or return of a used product or without an original invoice and barcode during the permitted period, which is as follows:
Exchange and return of abayas within 14 days of purchase.
Exchange and return evening dresses within 24 hours only
They must be in their original condition and have the invoice and barcode.
Exchange and return within Kuwait only
