- لا نقبل تعديل او تبديل او استرجاع منتج مستعمل او من دون فاتوره اصليه وباركود وخلال الفتره المسموح بها وهي كالآتي:
- استبدال واسترجاع العبايات خلال 14 يوم من الشراء .
- استبدال واسترجاع فساتين السهره خلال 24 ساعه فقط
- على ان يكونوا على حالتهم الاصليه ووجود الفاتوره والباركود .
