تخضع عملية البيع في شركة المهرة وعمليات شرائك واستخدامك للمنتجات المتوفرة في هذا الموقع إلى أحكام وشروط الاستخدام والخدمة :

جميع المحتويات على موقع( المهرة) بما في ذلك الكتابات والتصاميم والرسومات والشعارات والأيقونات والصور والواجهات والرموز والبرامج والعلامة التجارية ملكية حصرية يملكها موقع almohrastyle.com وتكون هذه الملكية خاضعة لحماية حقوق النشر.

عند الشراء او ارسال بريد الإلكتروني إلى almohrastyle.com أنت توافق على استلام أي إيميلات أو أي إشعارات بخصوص الطلب.

الشركه لا تتحمل أي خطأ في المقاس ويتم تسليم الطلب بناءاً على المقاسات والملاحظات الوارده لدينا ع الطلب دون ادنى مسئوليه.
يتم تصليح الطلب او المنتج في حال كان الخطأ في التنفيذ لدينا والتسليم والاستلام من الفروع مع وجود الفاتوره الاصليه وخلال اسبوع من استلام الطلب .
يتم استرجاع المبلغ عن طريق الحساب البنكي الخاص للعميل والذي تم الدفع من خلاله خلال يوم الى ٥ ايام عمل وتسليم القطعه المسترجعة لآقرب فرع مع وجود الفاتوره الاصليه ووجود الباركود
الشحن عن طريق شركة Dhl
وجود ايقونه الواتس اب للشكاوي والاستفسارات واستلام الطلبات
لا نقبل تعديل او تبديل او استرجاع منتج مستعمل او من دون فاتوره اصليه وباركود وخلال الفتره المسموح بها وهي كالآتي:

استبدال واسترجاع العبايات خلال 14 يوم من الشراء .
استبدال واسترجاع فساتين السهره خلال 24 ساعه فقط
على ان يكونوا على حالتهم الاصليه ووجود الفاتوره والباركود .
الاستبدال والاسترجاع داخل الكويت فقط

The order or product will be repaired if there is an error in our implementation, delivery and receipt from branches with the original invoice within a week of receiving the order.
The amount is recovered through the customer’s private bank account, through which payment was made within one to five working days, and the returned piece is delivered to the nearest branch with the original invoice and barcode present.
